Neusoft Ruixin Group (09616): Dalian University plans to subscribe for wealth management products totaling 130 million yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Neusoft Ruixin Group (09616) announced that on September 17, 2026 (after the transaction period), (i) Dalian University, an affiliated entity of the Company, signed a financial management agreement A with Industrial Bank, according to which Dalian University agreed to use its idle funds to subscribe to financial management products worth RMB 80 million from Industrial Bank; and (ii) Dalian University and Guangfa Bank signed a financial management agreement B, according to which Dalian University agreed to use its own idle funds to subscribe financial management products with an amount of RMB 50 million from Guangfa Bank.
