Sidi Smart Driving (03881) plans to implement full circulation of H shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sidi Smart Driving (03881) announced that some of the current shareholders of the Company intend to convert their holdings of a total of 13.4542 million domestic unlisted domestic shares into H shares and list them on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) (full circulation). The Company will submit filing applications and other matters to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (China Securities Regulatory Commission) on behalf of shareholders in full circulation.

The full circulation plan must be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for review and approval, and can only be implemented after obtaining a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, approval by the Stock Exchange for the listing and trading of H shares converted under this full circulation, and completion of other applicable approval, filing, registration and related procedures.
