The term of office will begin on September 17, 2026 and end on the date the 9th board of directors expires. The company will sign a director service agreement with Mr. Liu. At the 67th meeting of the 9th board of directors held on September 17, 2026, Mr. Liu was elected as the chairman of the company.

The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Liu as Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from September 17, 2026.
