According to Woofun AI, the House Financial Services Committee passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act on Wednesday evening. Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve announced a 25 basis point rate hike for the first time since 2023, raising the federal funds rate target range to 3.75%-4.00%. This double impact of macroeconomic policy and legislative progress has not suppressed enthusiasm in the crypto market; on the contrary, it has become a core variable driving the price fluctuations of mainstream assets.

In the context of the bill entering the National Assembly review process, the prices of mainstream tokens such as Bitcoin and Ethereum have risen sharply, and altcoin stock prices have also soared. However, the performance of traditional crypto concept stocks was divided, with Strategy Inc. (MSTR.US) falling 2.64% and Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (BMNR.US) falling 3.35%.

According to data compiled by Woofun AI, more than $330 million of funds have been cashed out in the past 24 hours, of which $185 million of bearish short positions disappeared, Bitcoin's open positions increased by 0.68%, and smart financial sentiment turned extremely bullish.

Although the total cryptocurrency market capitalization of $2.58 trillion fell 0.79% in 24 hours, the flow of funds shows that bulls are building up.

On the traditional stock market side, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 631.21 points, or 1.21%, to close at 51,461.90 points; the S&P 500 fell 0.45% to close at 7,551.81 points; and the Nasdaq Composite fell 0.01% to close at 25,978.42 points. Faced with the Federal Reserve's interest rate hike, well-known analyst Ali Martinez said there was no panic. He viewed the actual price of short-term holders close to $71,200 as the next important fund-raising area, and emphasized being prepared at any time.

Notably, the US Senate's rejection of the Clarity Act has put pressure on Bitcoin prices, and Strategy (MSTR.US) shares have declined along with other crypto-related stocks, but the market focus has turned to potential low suction opportunities.

Santiment notes that market sentiment towards Bitcoin has changed from FOMO (fear of missing out) once again to panic, but warns that the market is generally moving in the opposite direction from the views of extreme groups. Raul Parr believes that Ethereum is a leader in the smart contract field, but he is more optimistic about Sui's development potential in the proxy artificial intelligence economy. As uncertainty in the legislative process increases, market participants are closely watching the divergence between policy trends and financial sentiment. This may be a new layout window following the previous round of fluctuations.
