To support the withdrawal of property fees for self-occupied housing in the administrative area of Xi'an City, the property owner and spouse can apply to withdraw the housing provident fund once every 12 months to pay for 1 housing property service fee for the current year. The standard withdrawal amount is no more than 3,000 yuan per year for a construction area of 90 square meters or less; no more than 4,000 yuan per year for 90 square meters or more. 3. Support the withdrawal of dilapidated housing renewal If the owner owns self-occupied housing within the administrative area of Xi'an City and meets the conditions for the renewal of the dilapidated housing, the property owner, their spouse, parents, and children can withdraw the Provident Fund for the renewal of the dilapidated housing. The total amount withdrawn does not exceed the actual cost of transformation. This notice will come into effect on September 20, 2026.
