Yunzhihui Technology (01037): Boss Finance was appointed as an independent financial advisor

Zhitong Finance App News, Yunzhihui Technology (01037) announced that Boss Finance Limited (Boss Finance, a licensed corporation authorized to conduct Type 1 (securities trading) and Class 6 (advising on institutional financing) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance) has been appointed as an independent financial advisor to advise the Independent Board Committee on the offer, in particular to provide recommendations to independent shareholders on whether the share offer is fair and reasonable and whether it is acceptable, and to provide recommendations to share option holders on its views on share options. The appointment of Boss Finance has been approved by the Independent Board Committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
