Swedish Logistic Property Plans SEK224 Million Project in Sweden

02:35 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Logistic Property (SLP-B.ST) agreed to develop a 224 million-krona property at Torbornahögen 3 in Helsingborg, Sweden, according to a Thursday release. The Swedish property company is building the property under a 12-year lease covering 24,700 square meters. The annual rental value for the property is placed at 17 million kronor, with occupancy expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027. The project is subject to the receipt of a building permit. The company said deals for the current use of the site as truck parking are being terminated.
