It was explained at the conference that listening to television on television is an important field of artificial intelligence innovation and development, and it is also a fertile ground for the implementation of artificial intelligence. Currently, artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in the planning, production, review, dissemination, and service of various types of programs such as TV series, web dramas, short dramas, variety shows, cartoons, etc., and artificial intelligence is widely used in the industry. During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, while continuing to deepen the innovative application of artificial intelligence in all aspects of the radio and television listening field, we will coordinate development and safety, insist that technology serves people and technology serves creation, and actively guide and standardize the innovative application of artificial intelligence in the entire audiovisual content production process, so as to encourage innovation on a scale and standardized development with boundaries. For example, content logos must be added to broadcast/television programs generated and broadcast using artificial intelligence technology; key aspects of the production of radio and television programs must adhere to manual review and control; and AI magic modification is strictly prohibited. Artificial intelligence technology will continue to evolve iteratively, and the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television will continue to improve regulations, scientific research, and classification policies. Liberalization encourages innovation, and resolutely secures what should be maintained.
