The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 16, STERLING GP (01825) experienced a position change. The total market value of the transfer was HK$34.1964 million, accounting for 6.52%. The company's shareholders transferred 710,000 shares to Yingbao Securities International Hong Kong and 960,000 shares from Yingtou Securities.

Earlier, STERLING GP announced that on September 4, 2026, the company plans to issue a maximum of 8.294,400 placement shares to no less than six undertakers through placement agents, at HK$6.80 each, at a discount of approximately 19.53% from the closing price of HK$8.450 on the same day. Assuming that all of the placed shares are placed, a net raise of approximately HK$55.9 million is intended to be used for the Group's apparel business and general working capital purposes.
