The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CIMC Enric (03899) changed positions on September 16, with a total transfer market value of HK$1,888 billion, accounting for 11.41%. The company's shareholders transferred 239 million shares to China Merchants Securities Hong Kong and 238 million shares from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities.

CIMC Enric announced its 2026 interim results. The group achieved revenue of 12.867 billion yuan, an increase of 2% year on year; profit due to equity holders was 517 million yuan, a decrease of 8.1% year on year; and basic profit per share was 0.246 yuan.
