On September 16, the first batch of 14 “Cross-border Launching” application scenarios for artificial intelligence for ASEAN was released at the 2026 ASEAN International Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Conference. The scenarios covered 7 ASEAN countries including Brunei, Indonesia, and Laos. In March 2026, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region officially implemented the “Cross-border Unveiling” project for ASEAN artificial intelligence. The work was carried out by Guangxi in an integrated manner to sort out ASEAN scenario requirements and publish the public list. At the same time, it brought together advanced national technology for integration and optimization in Guangxi, and then accurately delivered to ASEAN applications, forming an innovative application chain of “Beishang Guangzhou R&D - Guangxi integration - ASEAN application”, opening up a new path for China's artificial intelligence technology to accurately go overseas and serve the building of a common destiny between China and ASEAN.
