Junjie Hong Kong, a subsidiary of Junjie Group Holdings (08188), was granted HK$23 million in bank financing

Zhitong Finance App News, Junjie Group Holdings (08188) announced that Junjie Engineering Co., Ltd. (Junjie Hong Kong), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has signed a financing letter (financing letter) with a Hong Kong licensed bank (bank) (as lender). The bank has agreed to provide revolving loans and import invoice financing lines for a construction contract in Junjie Hong Kong, amounting to HK$23 million (bank financing). Bank financing will be available from September 16, 2026, and there is no fixed period. Bank financing is subject to (among other things) the overriding right of the bank to regularly review and repay in accordance with the bank's requirements before it can be withdrawn.
