Facing the RGA market, which has long been dominated by European, American and Japanese manufacturers, the company launched three series of process control grade products and supporting arc detection systems based on the long-term accumulation of electric vacuum technology and vacuum measurement, to provide real-time trace gas monitoring and plasma state warning for semiconductor processes. This product and related consumables have been verified and sold by many semiconductor customers. Revenue is expected to reach tens of millions of yuan for the full year of 2026.
