Dongfang Electric announced that Tan Wei, one of the actual controllers, plans to transfer no more than 29.5595 million shares to Gongqingcheng Fuze Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. through bulk transactions from October 16, 2026 to January 15, 2027, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital. The two parties will sign a “Concerted Action Agreement”. This transfer does not involve reducing holdings in the market, and will not result in a change in the total number and proportion of shares held by the actual controller and those acting in concert.
