Greater China Holdings (00021): Huang Shizai appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, Greater China Holdings (00021) issued an announcement to change the composition of the nomination committee, effective from September 16, 2026: (a) Mr. Zheng Kangqi, an independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, but will remain a member of the nomination committee; and (b) Mr. Huang Shizai, chairman of the board of directors and executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.

According to the above changes, the Nomination Committee consists of Mr. Wong Sai Tsai (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Mr. Zheng Kangqi, Mr. Leung Kun and Mr. Kam Shing-cheok.

Our company secretary, Ms. Chen Letong, has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from September 16, 2026.
