Vice Minister of Justice Li Mingzheng explained at a press conference on the theme of “Starting with the 15th Five-Year Plan” series held by the State Information Office on September 16 that this year, administrative law enforcement supervision regulations and the newly revised administrative review law implementation regulations were successively announced and implemented, regulating the administrative enforcement of enterprises involved in the normalization stage, and the institutional mechanism for supervising administration in accordance with the law was further improved. From January to August, administrative review authorities at all levels across the country handled 772,000 administrative review cases, of which 624,000 new cases were collected, an increase of 19.1% over the previous year. The role of administrative review as the main channel for resolving administrative disputes was further demonstrated.
