COSCO Haineng (01138) transferred a total market value of HK$1,869 billion, accounting for 7.87% of 100 million shares transferred from Citibank

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 15, COSCO Haineng (01138) changed positions, with a total transfer market value of HK$1,869 billion, accounting for 7.87%. The company's shareholders transferred 93.315.5 million shares to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities and 100 million shares from Citibank.

According to COSCO Haineng's 2026 semi-annual report, the company achieved operating income of 15.146 billion yuan, up 30.03% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 4.545 billion yuan, up 143.21% year on year; deducted non-net profit of 4.449 billion yuan, up 150.88% year on year; basic earnings per share was 0.8315 yuan; and the company plans to pay a cash dividend of 0.28 yuan (tax included) per share to all shareholders.

The company announced that it will pay an interim dividend of $0.28 per share for the six months ending June 30, 2026 on October 27, 2026.
