According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway (00177) announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, Spruce Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Traffic Control, increased its holdings of the company's H shares by 498.56 million shares through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited centralized bidding transaction method from January 22, 2026 to September 14, 2026, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total shares. After the increase in holdings, Jiangsu Traffic Control and its co-actors held a total of about 2,922 billion shares of the company. The shareholding ratio increased from 57.01% to 58.00%, and the change in equity hit an integer factor of 1%.
