Jinfu Technology announced that Shanghai Jinjinfu, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has set up a project implementation entity, Jinshan Jinjinfu, in Jinshan District, Shanghai to advance the “New Materials Eastern Production Base Project”. Jinshan Jinjinfu plans to purchase 46666.93 square meters of industrial land use rights, starting at a listing price of 78.42 million yuan, and plans to sign an industrial cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park Management Committee. The total planned investment of the project is about 1,014 million yuan, of which the total investment in fixed assets is not less than 761 million yuan. It mainly builds production capacity for fluorine-free adhesives, electronic adhesives, and thermal management coolants. Project funding is to be settled through private ownership, self-financing, and bank project loans.
