Changyu Group announced that it plans to use its own funds to provide a loan amount of no more than 70 million yuan to Shandong Guangyin Dikai New Materials Co., Ltd., the holding company, for the construction of its 1,000-ton nanocomposite zirconia high-performance ceramic products project. The loan period is 5 years from the date the board of directors deliberates and approves and the agreement is signed. The amount can be recycled during the validity period. The loan interest rate refers to the 1-year LPR at that time and is not lower than the company's comprehensive debt financing cost. Since DKK New Materials shareholder First Rare Elements did not provide loans according to the same conditions as the investment ratio, this matter constituted a related transaction and did not constitute a major asset restructuring. The matter has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors of the company. The relevant directors have avoided voting, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
