Torm Shareholder to Sell $290 Million of Shares

06:25 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Torm (TRMD-A.CO) said Tuesday that Oaktree Capital Management funds-owned OCM Njord Holdings plans to sell 9 million of the Danish shipping company's Class A common shares for $290.3 million. OCM Njord, which owns 20% of Torm's shares, intends to offer the shares to the public at a fixed price through a secondary public offering, with JP Morgan Securities as sole underwriter. The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
