The 14th capital reduction of the registered capital of CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund

JorTor 11- 690112 15 September 2026 To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: The 14th capital reduction of the registered capital of CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG) SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company ("the Management Company") of CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund ("CPNCG" or "the Fund"), had sent a registered capital reduction request for CPNCG to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in order to decrease the registered capital of the Fund by 96,420,414.00 baht which equals to 0.2260 baht per unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital reduction will be 3,634,366,985.40 baht and the par value will be 8.5186 baht per unit. The purpose of this capital reduction is to return excess liquidity of the fund since the fund has loss on changes in fair value of investments incurred in second quarter of 2026 which is non-cash accounting item. The Management Company would like to announce that the SEC has approved the capital reduction per request above on 11 September 2026 as stated in the SEC's letter, NorRor. 295/2569, Re: The 14th capital reduction of the registered capital of CPNCG.
