Zhitong Finance App News, Shiyao Innovation (300765.SZ) announced that SYS6010 developed by the company's holding subsidiary Shiyao Group Jushi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jushi Biotech”) was included in the list of breakthrough treatment varieties by the Drug Evaluation Center of the China Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as “Drug Review Center”).

SYS6010 is an antibody-conjugated drug (ADC) targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) developed by Jushi Biotech. It is formed by coupling a humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody with a lyzable ligand with a topoisomerase I inhibitor load. The drug can specifically bind to EGFR receptors on the surface of tumor cells and release cytotoxic loads within cells after internalization, thereby exerting an anti-tumor effect.
