According to statistics from the Heilongjiang Border Control Station, in the year since the policy was implemented, ports across the province have inspected a total of about 3.388 million visitors, an increase of 29.3% over the previous year; of these, there were about 617,000 visitors of Russian nationality, an increase of 76.9% over the previous year.
