Norway's Outlet Group Kicks Off IPO

03:18 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norwegian sports equipment and apparel retailer Outlet Group on Tuesday launched its initial public offering, according to a same-day release. The IPO comprises an institutional offering, a retail offering, and an employee offering. The bookbuilding period for the institutional offering and the application period for the retail and employee offerings would close on Sept. 22 and could be extended to Sept. 29. DNB Carnegie and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken are acting as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, while SB1 Markets and Norne Securities are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
