Kier Group Reports Higher FY26 Profit, Group Revenue

02:24 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kier Group (KIE.L) said Tuesday its attributable profit and group revenue in fiscal 2026 increased year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the 12 months ended June 30 was 61.7 million pounds sterling, compared with 56.4 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.135 pound from 0.121 pound. The UK infrastructure and construction group's revenue was 4.35 billion pounds, compared with 4.08 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed an unchanged final dividend of 0.052 pound per share for the second half, payable Dec. 4 to shareholders on record Oct. 30. This takes the full-year dividend to 0.078 pound per share, compared with 0.072 pound per share in the previous year. For the medium term, the group is targeting mid-single-digit revenue growth and a double-digit increase in adjusted EPS.
