The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Lee Ka-chiu, announced today that the theme color of the cover of Hong Kong's first five-year plan document is blue, while the cover color of the new Policy Address continues to be green. Li Jiachao revealed that during the public consultation period, the five-year plan received about 17,000 comments, while the new Policy Address received about 11,000 comments.
