In order to protect the interests of fund share holders, as agreed with the fund custodian, starting from September 15, 2026, when investors purchase and redeem the fund, the GAC Group's corresponding subscription cash will be settled according to the actual transaction cost after the resumption of trading or the price that the fund manager deems reasonable. If the securities's equity changes during this period, such as dividend, share delivery, or allotment of shares, will be adjusted accordingly, and no separate announcement will be made after the resumption of trading.
