The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wang Dongxing increased his holdings of Sunshine Paper (02002) by 362,000 shares on September 9, at a price of HK$1,1306 each, for a total amount of about HK$409,300. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 347 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 32.56%.

The deal involved parties: Wu Rong, Shi Weixin, and Wang Changhai.

Additional Information: Under section 318 of the SFO, Mr. Wang Dongxing is considering to be in the 3,840,000 shares of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held by Mr. Wang Changhai.
