Chairman of the Board and CEO Ni Xin increased his holdings of Yiteng Jiahe (06998) by 200,000 shares at a price of approximately HK$1.74 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 10, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO Ni Xin increased his holdings of Yiteng Jiahe (06998) by 200,000 shares, at a price of HK$1.7445 each, for a total amount of about HK$348,900. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 764 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 37.94%.

Of the 747,083,068 shares held by Mr. Ni as interested owner, he has a direct interest in 645,781,867 shares and holds 30,675,180 Target Share Options under the Target Share Option Scheme.
