Chairman Lei Jun increased his holdings of Jinshan Software (03888) by 1.047 million shares at HK$24.29 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 14, Chairman of the Board of Directors Lei Jun increased his holdings of Jinshan Software (03888) by 1.047 million shares, at a price of HK$24.2,909 per share, for a total amount of about HK$254.326 million. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 382 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 27.77%.

Additional Information: Box 27 - According to the voting rights contract between Mr. Lei Jun and Mr. Qiu Bojun, Mr. Qiu Bojun will vote for specific shares of Jinshan Software Co., Ltd. in the same way as Mr. Lei Jun. As a result, Mr. Lei Jun is deemed to have an interest in 90,000,000 shares under the voting rights deeds.
