The General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government recently issued the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for Marine Economic Development of Guangzhou”. Among them, it is proposed to promote the integrated development of “marine+low-altitude aerospace”. Promote large-scale application of drones in scenarios such as marine monitoring, marine logistics, maritime cultural tourism, and emergency rescue. Focus on offshore commercial space launch, recycling, testing, operation and maintenance to expand the industrial chain. Relying on low-orbit satellite constellation networks, we develop marine professional technical services such as marine communications, accurate navigation and positioning of ships, and deep-sea environmental monitoring. Focus on new materials such as heavy anticorrosive coatings, anticorrosive conductive coatings on magnesium alloy surfaces, which are degradable by marine organisms, and adapt to extreme environments, build a material supply system for deep-sea exploration and polar exploration, and promote large-scale application of new materials in offshore wind power, cross-sea bridges, large ships, and deep-sea aquaculture equipment.
