According to the China Index Research Institute, in the second week after the New Deal, the 300 cities had a planned construction area of 6.56 million square meters, with land concessions of 22.9 billion yuan, with an average premium rate of 7.9%, mainly driven by the high premium transaction for the Xiangmi Lake plot in Shenzhen; after excluding this plot, the average premium rate of the 300 cities was 1.1%, and the popularity of land auctions in key cities declined somewhat from the first week. Among the key cities this week, only Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Wenzhou each had a premium sale of residential land. The Shenzhen Xiangmi Lake plot is supported by the core location, scarce housing supply and lower starting price. The premium rate reached 125%, and CNOOC obtained 2.55 billion yuan. The premium rate for the Baishazhou plot in Wuhan was 14.1%. Driven by regional sales certainty, Poly Development competed for 892 million yuan. Land plots in the Wenzhou Chabai area were acquired by local housing enterprises at a premium rate of 282 million yuan and 3.3%, which shows that private enterprises still have structural participation opportunities even when they are familiar with the region and the total price is manageable.
