Bank of Gansu (02139) proposes to appoint Du Jing as executive director

After review and approval at the bank's board meeting held on September 14, 2026, the board of directors proposed to appoint Mr. Du Jing as an executive director for the fourth board of directors. The term of office is consistent with the term of office of the fourth board of directors from the date the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration approves his directors' qualifications, and can be re-elected at the end of the term.

Following review and approval at the board meeting, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Du Jing as the bank's governor for a term of office beginning on the date his qualifications as governor were approved by the Gansu Financial Supervisory Authority until the end of the fourth board of directors.
