Second, it was agreed that the company headquarters would allocate no more than 8.55 billion yuan to the loan fund pool. The amount can be recycled for a period of no more than 3 years. Third, it was agreed that Gas Holdings would launch a foreign exchange hedging business. The total scale would not exceed 600 million US dollars at any point in time, and the period would be 12 months.
