05:02 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BioNTech (22UA.F) and OncoC4 said Monday their gotistobart drug nearly doubled the survival of patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer, citing data from stage 1 of the phase 3 trial Preserve-003. The Preserve-003 study is evaluating the CTLA-4-targeting immunotherapy gotistobart in patients whose disease progressed on prior immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The latest data showed that median overall survival among gotistobart-treated patients was 18.5 months, compared with 10 months for those who received the standard-of-care docetaxel. The clinical trial's stage 2 remains underway globally.
