Norway's Outlet Group Prices IPO at Pre-money Equity Valuation of NOK3 billion

03:18 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Outlet Group priced its initial public offering at 33 Norwegian kroner per share, implying a pre-money equity valuation of 3.18 billion kroner, according to a Monday release. The IPO will comprise an issuance of up to 15,151,515 new shares by the Norwegian sports equipment and apparel retailer for gross proceeds of up to 500 million kroner, and a pro-rata sale of up to 19,104,184 existing shares by certain selling shareholders. The offering also includes an over-allotment option of 5,138,236 additional shares. If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the overall offering size will be 1.3 billion kroner. The transaction will be conducted through an institutional offering, a retail offering and an employee offering. The bookbuilding for the institutional offering and the application period for the retail and employee offerings will commence on Tuesday and will run through Sept. 22. Subject to the Oslo Stock Exchange approving the listing application, the company's shares are expected to commence trading on the Euronext Oslo Børs on Sept. 24 under the ticker OUTLT.
