At 8 a.m., its center is located on the midwestern surface of the South China Sea about 330 kilometers south of Sanya City in Hainan Province. It is 15.3 degrees north latitude and 109.4 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind power near the center is level 6, and the lowest air pressure in the center is 1005 hundred Pa. It is expected that the low pressure will slowly move at a speed of 5-10 kilometers per hour in the north-west direction, and it is unlikely that it will develop into a numbered typhoon in the future. The low pressure may land along the central coast of Vietnam from the afternoon to the night of the 13th, and the intensity gradually decreased after landing.
