On September 11, the 2026 Health Economy and Innovation Development Dialogue Conference was held in Beijing. Liu Jiannan, vice president of the China Council for the Promotion of Trade and vice president of the China Chamber of International Commerce, and Tan Sen, chairman of the US-China Trade National Committee, attended the dialogue and delivered speeches. More than 90 participants from Chinese and US pharmaceutical companies, healthcare service agencies, industry associations, industry experts and scholars participated in the event.
