Hisense Home Appliances announced that HHA Thailand, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to sell 61.80625 lai of land located in Thailand's Amed Industrial Zone to related party LigentComm, with a transaction amount of approximately RMB 87.8679 million. The purpose of this transaction is to optimize the layout of overseas production capacity, revitalize existing land return funds, and not affect the original design capacity and normal production and operation. Both parties to the transaction were indirectly controlled by Hisense Group Holdings Co., Ltd., and constituted a related transaction. The relevant directors have avoided voting, are not required to submit to the shareholders' meeting for approval, and are still required to complete relevant local filing and registration procedures in Thailand.
