07:57 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets expects Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI.BR, ANH.JO), d/b/a AB InBev, to demonstrate that it can deliver "predictable" continuity in terms of growth at the Belgium-based brewer's upcoming investor event. "We are not looking for a big inflection point from the Capital Markets Day on 22nd-23rd September. In our view, ABI's goal should be to reinforce belief in the sustainability of its operational model and confidence in the consistent delivery of its 4-8% organic EBITDA growth target. That's not to forget the other, equally (or arguably more) important part, of senior management's job: capital allocation," the research firm wrote in a Friday note. At the event, RBC anticipates AB InBev will discuss the steps it is taking to ensure the evolution of its portfolio and the benefits gained from its strong position in emerging markets, among other key points. "What we're hoping for is continuity: continuity in organic sales and margin growth, deleverage and increasing return on capital. If ABI's management can underpin our confidence in these things, we see no reason why the very strong share price performance (TSR up 30% relative to the MSCI European consumer staples sector over the last year) shouldn't continue as the share price trends towards our price target of EUR93." The outperform rating on the stock remains unchanged.
