C&D Co., Ltd. announced that since the parties did not agree on the terms of the acquisition of 100% of C&D Cityservice's shares, C&D Property Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Property, signed a “Enterprise Custody Operation Contract” with C&D Group, Huayi Industry & Trade and C&D Cityservice to entrust the overall hosting of C&D CityService. The contract period is up to December 31, 2028, and the maximum annual management service fee is not to be transferred. Furthermore, Xiamen Lirong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Property, acquired 100% of the shares of Lianfa Property held by Xiamen Lianfa at a total cost of 304 million yuan. The transaction was an inter-subsidiary transaction within the scope of the consolidated statement and did not constitute a related transaction.
