According to Zhitong Finance App, Xincheng Development (01030) announced that in August 2026, the Group had 183 real estate rental properties, with a total construction area of about 16.9092 million square meters; rent revenue for August 2026 was approximately RMB 1,246 billion, and commercial operating income was approximately RMB 1,291 billion (i.e. tax-inclusive rent revenue).

From January to August 2026, the cumulative rental revenue was approximately RMB 900 billion, and the cumulative commercial operating income was approximately RMB 9.644 billion (i.e. rental income including tax).

In August 2026, the Group achieved contract sales of approximately RMB 889 million, a year-on-year decrease of 43.59%; the contract sales area was approximately 140,900 square meters.
