Each retailer of refined oil products can independently set a specific retail price on the premise that it does not exceed the maximum retail price. The pricing method for maximum supply prices and maximum wholesale prices for gasoline and diesel is still implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Shanghai Development and Reform Commission Document No. 019 (2008) 019. The above adjusted prices will be implemented from 24:00 on September 11, 2026.
