Wharf Group (00004) will forfeit the unclaimed first interim dividend of 2020

According to the Zhitong Finance App, the Jiulong Cang Group (00004) issued an announcement. According to section 160 of the Articles of Association of the Wharf Group Limited (the Company), all dividends that have not been received six years after declaration can be forfeited by the board of directors of the Company and owned by the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to inform the Company's shareholders that the first interim dividend of 2020 of HK$0.20 per share (first interim dividend of 2020) was declared on August 3, 2020. If unclaimed by October 12, 2026, it will be forfeited and owned by the Company.
