Countries should revitalize global cooperation and implement their obligations under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; accelerate the improvement of global human rights governance, pay attention to and support the needs of developing countries; support the role of the UN Human Rights Office and provide more capacity building and technical assistance through the UN Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Knowledge Center platform.
