On September 10, 2026, the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reported on the overall progress of the program since the launch of the program: up to now, 13 districts of the city have launched 16 industrial chain “Joint Venture and Win-Win Business Partnership Programs”, 1,455 enterprises have participated in the “Industrial Ecological Alliance”, hired 96 industry liaison officers, completed 284 contact and matchmaking projects, held 48 partner open days, and held 57 enterprise round tables. 1,143 enterprises participated; through the plan, 71 cooperation intentions were promoted, involving 406 million yuan.
