Zhitong Finance App News, Feiyang Group (01901) announced that Zhejiang Feiyang International Travel Group Co., Ltd. (“Feiyang International”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed strategic cooperation agreements with DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“DingTalk China”) and Shanghai Computational Model Technology Co., Ltd. (“Red Bear AI”), respectively, to conduct in-depth cooperation on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the cultural tourism industry.

According to the agreement between Feiyang International and DingTalk China, Feiyang International will become DingTalk Qianwen's priority service provider and ecological partner in the cultural tourism industry. The two sides will use AI to empower the cultural tourism industry: internally, rely on DingTalk's thousands of questions and supporting training support to promote the intelligent upgrading of the Group's operations and service systems; externally, they will jointly promote DingTalk AI products and services to the cultural tourism community, making the Group a priority channel for Alibaba's AI ecosystem to enter the cultural tourism industry and open up a new business space for ecological cooperation. The two sides will also jointly create an intelligent cultural tourism case that can be replicated and promoted.

According to the agreement between Feiyang International and Red Bear AI, Red Bear AI will use its self-developed MemoryBear-like brain memory engine as the core to build an exclusive cultural tourism memory bank for Feiyang International, and deposit the user portraits and service data that Feiyang International has accumulated over many years into enterprise-level data assets that can be retrieved and reused. The memory is built in an independent form to connect with Feiyang International's existing and future business systems to ensure autonomous and controllable data assets. The two sides will further cooperate in the future, including the development of multi-scene AI agents (Agents).

The Group has been deeply involved in the cultural tourism industry for 25 years, and is mainly engaged in outbound travel, domestic travel, air ticket travel and cultural tourism attraction operations. The board of directors believes that the two collaborations will help the Group use artificial intelligence to activate data assets, improve service and operational efficiency, and promote the Group's cultural tourism AI-OPC startup community, which is in line with the Group's business upgrade direction and the overall best interests of the company and shareholders.
