Quanfeng Holdings (02285): Joseph Galli Jr. Appointed as CEO

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Quanfeng Holdings (02285) announced that Mr. Joseph Galli Jr. has been appointed as the Group's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from September 10, 2026 (effective date). On the effective date, Mr. Pan Longquan, the founder of the Company, will no longer serve as the Group's CEO, but will continue to be the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.
