China's Jinmao (00817) signed a cumulative sales volume of 74.1 billion yuan in the first 8 months, up 4.5% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Jinmao (00817) issued an announcement. In August 2026, the company and its subsidiaries (group) obtained a contract sales amount of RMB 7.398 billion and a contract sales area of 185 thousand square meters. In the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the Group has obtained a total contract sales amount of RMB 74.1 billion (including (if any) the transaction amount of the Changsha Meixi Lake International New Town Project, the Nanjing Qinglongshan International Ecological City Project, the Jiaxing Shanghai Window Smart Science City Project, the Mazhai New Town Project in the Erqi District of Zhengzhou, the Wenzhou Aojiang International New Town Project, the Jinhua Jinmao Future Science City Project and the Shanghai Henglian City Operation Project), an increase of 4.5% over the previous year; and a cumulative sales area of 2,739,000 square meters.

Furthermore, as of August 31, 2026, the Group has recorded sales of subscribed (uncontracted) properties totaling RMB 872 million.
